Derick is an accountant by profession with over 14 years experience.

During his time as a director of Grant Thornton, he amassed considerable experience in mergers & acquisitions, liquidations and receivership.

In recent years, Derick has completed a large number of German transactions with deal values in excess of €300m. Derick has gained considerable experience in the areas of German banking, legal and taxation and structuring.

Derick is a member of the Chartered Certified Accountancy Body.
